Experienced Payroll Manager required for a leading financial services business based in Leeds City Centre.

This position is to cover maternity leave for 12 months and does require an immediate start.

The role of the Payroll Manager is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees:

  • Managing 2 direct reports.
  • Processing monthly payroll for c600 employees.
  • Primary point of contact for payroll-related queries.
  • Managing the pension administration ensuring compliance with pension scheme regulations.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

  • The successful candidate will have previous payroll management experience.
  • Working towards CIPP would be desirable but not essential.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills are required.
  • Good communication skills are essential and you must be able to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across the business.
