IT Programme Manager job, Payment Solutions Delivery Manager, Project Management, Retail Technology, Cloud, Global Clients, Travel - Immediate need - up to 90K
An experienced IT Delivery Manager is required to lead and oversee the successful implementation of Payment Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, an understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to align Retail technical solutions with business objectives. Flexibility to travel is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes ideally with Retail Technology
- Manage multiple interdependent projects within the AI technology portfolio
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and successful integration of AI solutions
- Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the programme lifecycle
- Oversee the work of project managers and technical teams
- Report on programme progress to senior management and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in AI implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in programme management, with at least 3 years focusing on Retail, AI or advanced technology initiatives
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology programmes on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent programme management certification
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of AI ethics and governance frameworks
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and their impact on AI implementations
