Job Title: IT Coordinator
Location: Head Office, West Yorkshire (with some UK and occasional international travel)
Reports to: CFO (locally) with dotted line to Group CIO

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to join their team. This role is crucial in managing IT activities and projects in alignment with their group IT strategy and policies. The IT Coordinator will serve as a key business partner to the Group CIO and local teams, overseeing IT resources and suppliers within the country and ensuring compliance with medical device industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT resources and suppliers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and security of IT services.
  • Coordinate IT projects and activities in line with group IT strategies and best practices.
  • Act as a business partner to the Group CIO and local teams, providing IT support and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA, and MDR.
  • Monitor and report on IT performance and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Stay informed on IT trends in the medical devices industry and propose valuable solutions.
  • Handle ad hoc queries and provide support as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in the medical devices industry.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Windows, Office, SharePoint, Teams, Azure).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driving Licence
