highly-established and multi-office law firm in West Yorkshire is seeking an employment solicitor to join their team. Full or part time hours considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a diverse range of clients, including trade unions, business sectors, and private individuals, providing them with expert advice and representation on employment and industrial relations issues.
  • Manage your own caseload of employment law matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution for clients while maintaining the highest level of client care.
  • Demonstrate solid experience in employment law and stay updated on current legal issues and developments in the field.
  • Work alongside other experienced lawyers, receiving excellent support from the firm and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years PQE in employment law, with a proven track record of handling a variety of employment-related matters.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients and provide clear and concise legal advice.
