I am recruiting for a well-known legal practice in the North of England who have a position available in their Leeds office for a Housing Disrepair Lawyer.

As part of my client's wider Insurance Team, this is a role that would be a perfect fit for any qualified lawyers (CILEx or Solicitor) who are either newly qualified or have up to 4 years of post-qualification experience and who have experience handling a varied caseload of Housing Disrepair matters on both a pre-litigation and litigation basis. Of particular interest to my client will be those who have experience dealing with counterclaims and possession proceedings.

This role will by definition require someone with excellent litigation skills and will require someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
