- Representing clients in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court, preparing and presenting cases effectively.
- Maintain excellent client care standards, ensuring clear communication and a high level of support throughout the legal process.
- Prepare and manage all necessary legal documents, including case files, statements and court applications.
- Utilise IT systems and legal software to manage case files. Our firm uses ‘Leap’ case management system. Previous experience using Leap is advantageous however, full training will be provided if you are not already familiar with the system.
