Are you looking to join one of the UK's leading Personal Injury Teams, which acts on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders?

This Leeds-based team (offering hybrid working) is looking to hire an experienced candidate to assist with defendant related public sector claims. This is a great opportunity to work on a high value and sensitive caseload for a variety of clients, defending primarily Abuse and EL/PL claims within a fantastic team.

Required experience:

  •  1-3 years' + experience preferred *NQ's will be considered if they have solid ELPL casualty experience*
  •  Track record of capably handling EL/PL and highways claims
  •  Experience with blue light and stress, harassment and abuse claims

Clients:

  •  Public sector (local authorities)
  •  Large, self-insured businesses and organisations
  •  Insurers
  •  Blue light services

Cases:

  •  Employers liability
  •  Public liability
  •  Abuse, stress and complex claims
  •  Casualty claims
