Our client, a leading regional Leeds practice firm, are seeking talented Planning Lawyers to join their team in Leeds. If you have a minimum of 2 years' PQE in planning law and are passionate about working with highly regarded planning solicitors, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview:

Support the planning team on exciting development and infrastructure projectsDraught, negotiate, and finalise planning and highway agreementsProvide advice on development and planning-related needs across all sectorsConduct planning due diligence to support real estate, banking, and corporate clientsOffer guidance on enforcement cases and preparation for Judicial Review

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' PQE in planning law or comparable experience as a Legal ExecutiveExperience in private practise or working for a local authority (both preferred)Motivated, team player, commercially minded, calm under pressureAbility to work autonomously and collaborativelyBased in Leeds, with the possibility of remote work 2-3 days per week
