We are looking for Locum Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE in Leeds to manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial property matters. You'll handle cases from start to finish, providing excellent client care and maintaining the strong relationships for which the firm is renowned. Description

The Property Locum based in central Leeds will:

  • Handle a variety of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Take instructions, draft and review contracts/Heads of Terms, negotiate leases, conduct searches, enquiries, report on title, deal with mortgage offers, exchanges and completions.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice, ensuring all cases meet the firm's exceptional standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent service.
  • Manage your workload independently, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Utilise case management systems and IT tools efficiently to support your work.

Profile

The Property Locum should have:

  • 5 years' PQE in both residential and commercial property.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience handling property matters from start to finish.
  • Ability to work autonomously with occasional administrative support.
  • Confidence in delivering excellent client care and attention to detail.
  • Competency in case management systems and other IT tools.
