Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a mix of residential and commercial property cases from start to finish.
- Provide exceptional client care, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure high-quality standards in all work, consistent with the firm’s reputation.
- Work autonomously, managing cases independently while receiving occasional administrative support.
- Meet tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
- Utilize case management systems and other relevant IT tools efficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage cases with confidence from day one.
- Positive, friendly outlook and personality, with the ability to integrate well into a small, collaborative team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with case management systems and IT tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet the high standards for which the firm is known.
