Our client is a leading organisation in the legal sector, renowned for our commitment to excellence and innovation. Their high-performing Transactional Real Estate team is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a talented Real Estate Supervising Lawyer to join them in Leeds.
Why This Role is Special:
This is a unique opportunity where you can focus on nurturing and supervising junior lawyers, particularly those with 0-3 years of PQE.You won't be client-facing and won't need to manage your own files, allowing you to dedicate your time to mentorship and development.Become part of a mini-team of supervising lawyers, fostering collaboration and shared learning.
What You'll Do:
Supervise a variety of market-leading deals across commercial property, including landlord and tenant matters, property management, sales, purchases, and development.Play an instrumental role in shaping the future of our team, providing guidance and support to junior lawyers.Collaborate with esteemed clients like Realty, Aviva, and British Land, acting as their trusted advisor and maintaining strong relationships.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: You should have at least 6 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, with a proven track record of handling complex matters.Mentorship: A passion for developing junior talent, with the ability to share your knowledge and foster their growth.Skills: Strong drafting abilities, exceptional client service, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.Enthusiasm: A resilient spirit and a keen interest in continuous improvement for yourself and the team.
