A Legal Secretary in Leeds is required for our client, a Top 100 Law Firm. This is a varied secretarial role in the Corporate department.

Daily Duties

  • Managing Fee Earner diaries, checking for conflicts
  • Inbox management, prioritising tasks, agreeing deadlines with the team
  • Preparation and amendment of documents and correspondence using MS office and case management
  • Document management, e-filing, digital dictation and track changes
  • Client care, taking instructions (under direction).

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in corporate or commercial law is desirable
  • Previous legal secretarial experience is essential.
