A Legal Secretary is required for our client, a Top 100 Law Firm. This is a varied Legal Secretarial role in the Insolvency Unit. This opportunity would suit an experienced Legal Secretary or a Secretary with accountancy/finance experience.
Daily Duties
- Preparing Court bundles, drafting documentation, and conducting searches of public registers
- Document management, e-filing
- Managing Fee Earner diaries, checking for conflicts
- Preparing financial reports alongside working with Partners to monitor financial performance
- Inbox management, prioritising tasks, agreeing deadlines with the team
- Client care, taking instructions (under direction)
Required Skills
- Previous Legal Secretarial experience is essential ideally within Insolvency or Litigation
- Skilled in MS Office and familiar with Land Registry and Companies House.
