Fantastic opportunity for an employment paralegal to join this progressive and forward-thinking practice in Leeds city centre.

You will work alongside a very experienced team of employment lawyers providing support on contentious and non contentious matters.

You will get exposure to a wide range of employment law matters including discrimination, unfair dismissal, TUPE, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, contracts and whistleblowing.

Working with some well known companies you will support the solicitors with their caseloads and get the opportunity to really get involved.

It's essential for you to have upwards of 12 months employment law experience ideally working for the respondant although those with applicant experience are encouraged to apply.

In addition to your employment law experience you will need to have strong communication skills, bags of initiative and really want to specliaise in the field.
