The Role

As a Warehouse and Parts Manager, you will oversee the coordination of parts between our clients and internal teams. Managing a team including a Stores Coordinator and Service Administrator, you will handle key functions such as monitoring the parts sales mailbox, managing stock levels, ensuring timely equipment logistics, and providing absence cover for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Sales Mailbox Management.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and prioritise emails for timely follow-up.

Client Communication.

  • Handle incoming phone calls and maintain strong client relationships.

Engineer Test Equipment Coordination.

  • Oversee equipment recalibration and logistics.
  • Coordinate schedules with the service team.

Purchase Order Processing.

  • Manage purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.

Parts Coordination.

  • Maintain minimum stock levels and anticipate demand.
  • Conduct weekly and annual stocktakes and report results.

Goods Dispatch Management.

  • Support the dispatch of goods and ensure smooth coordination with the Scheduling team.
  • Address delivery issues promptly.

Returns Management.

  • Oversee client returns and ensure processes follow company policy.

Reporting and Documentation.

  • Maintain records and generate reports as needed.

Absence Cover.

  • Provide support during team absences.
