Client Details

Page Group are working with a leading distribution business within the construction / property sector who supply on a B2B level. This unique role will encompass the management of existing accounts, along with leadership of a small team of 3fte

Description

This role will cover 2 key areas - Account Management (existing customer only) & and Leading a team of Sales Administrators.

Account Management - 70 %

  • Manage existing customers accounts including trade customers
  • Encourage account growth including up-sell and cross sell opportunities
  • Process customer orders in a timely manor
  • Provide customer with product information and guidance
  • Update customers on progress of their orders

Team Management -30%

  • Provide leadership to a team of 3fte administrators
  • Ensure SLA's are achieved based on individual customer accounts
  • Create a culture of customer excellence
  • Encourage the team to grow customer accounts where possible
  • Provide regular training development and 1-2-1's

Profile

  • Proven record of managing B2B accounts
  • Proven people management experience
  • Ability to grow and maximise customer accounts
  • Customer focused approach
