Page Group are working with a leading distribution business within the construction / property sector who supply on a B2B level. This unique role will encompass the management of existing accounts, along with leadership of a small team of 3fte
Description
This role will cover 2 key areas - Account Management (existing customer only) & and Leading a team of Sales Administrators.
Account Management - 70 %
- Manage existing customers accounts including trade customers
- Encourage account growth including up-sell and cross sell opportunities
- Process customer orders in a timely manor
- Provide customer with product information and guidance
- Update customers on progress of their orders
Team Management -30%
- Provide leadership to a team of 3fte administrators
- Ensure SLA's are achieved based on individual customer accounts
- Create a culture of customer excellence
- Encourage the team to grow customer accounts where possible
- Provide regular training development and 1-2-1's
Profile
- Proven record of managing B2B accounts
- Proven people management experience
- Ability to grow and maximise customer accounts
- Customer focused approach
