A nationally recognised, multi-disciplinary Cost Management Consultancy is looking to add a driven Quantity Surveyor to their team in Leeds.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

In this role, you will work closely with clients, mentor junior colleagues, lead design team meetings with a focus on cost control, and take responsibility for preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and contract documents. You'll also oversee large, complex projects, ensuring effective cost management from start to finish.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • MRICS ideally or committed to achieving
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • A successful track record working on, and leading, projects from inception to completion
