About the Role

We are seeking a Shopper Research Manager to lead and execute research projects that explore the perceptions and behaviours of luxury brand consumers. In this role, you will conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights that inform brand strategies. Your ability to transform data into compelling stories and present findings to clients will be crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to assess shopper perceptions of luxury brands.

  • Gather and analyze data from surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, observational studies, and other sources.

  • Identify key insights and translate findings into engaging stories and strategic recommendations for clients.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align research outcomes with business objectives.

  • Present findings in clear, impactful reports and presentations to clients and senior stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on market trends, industry innovations, and shopper behaviours within the spirits, beauty, and confectionery categories.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in shopper research, consumer insights, or market research, preferably within the luxury sector or retail industry

  • Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.

  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to translate research into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.

  • A deep understanding of consumer behaviour, particularly within the luxury spirits, beauty, and confectionery industries.

  • Experience working with research tools such as SPSS, Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms is a plus.
