We are looking for an experienced Product and Brand Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive the strategic direction of our product lines, ensuring our brands achieve maximum visibility and success in the market.

As a Product and Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our products and brands. This role will involve market research, product positioning, brand development, and ensuring that marketing activities align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product and brand marketing strategies to drive product awareness, sales, and market share.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product development and launches.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Work with the creative team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and content that effectively communicate product benefits.
  • Manage product positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
  • Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines and company goals.
  • Manage budgets for product and brand marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product and brand marketing, with a strong focus on developing and executing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of market research, consumer behaviour, and brand positioning.
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure marketing performance.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 3 years of experience in product or brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, on-site position at our head office in Bradford.
