BDS are working with a leading housing association to recruit a Supported聽housing聽advisor to provide a housing management service to a scheme in Leeds.
Duties:
路 Daily welfare checks to residents.
路 Facilitate property lettings and tenant communication for smooth onboarding
路 Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure property conditions are well-maintained.
路 Coordinate with external agencies and providers when necessary.
路 Monitor tenant rent accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and addressing any arrears
路 Act promptly on complaints regarding anti-social behaviour, escalating where needed.
路 Report communal area repairs and maintain strong partnerships with external support agencies.
Criteria:
路 The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar scheme management role, particularly within a sheltered or supported housing setting.
路 Strong understanding of tenant and housing management, particularly for older adults
路 Confident in conducting health and safety checks within residential environments
路 Effective communicator, able to handle complaints and uphold tenancy agreements
路 Experience working collaboratively with external agencies to support tenants' needs
Hours: Monday, Wednesday and聽Friday 18聽hours a week
This role is a temporary ongoing role initially.
Pay Rate- 拢14.26ph PAYE- 拢17.25ph UMBRELLA
