KM Recruitment is seeking a Housing Assessor/Tutor for a remote position with a salary of up to £36,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Candidates must hold a recognized Assessor award and a CIH qualification, along with experience delivering full Apprenticeships in Housing or Business Services.
The role involves assessing and supporting learners in achieving their Apprenticeship qualifications in Housing and Property Management, including conducting remote observations.
Excellent communication and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt delivery to meet learners' needs and overcome barriers to learning.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an excellent holiday entitlement and pension package.

Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
Must hold a recognised CIH (Chartered Institute of Housing) qualification.
Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships within Housing or Business Services as a minimum – coupled with occupational competency within the Housing Sector (Social Housing)
Excellent communication and time management skills.

Duties include:

Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in Housing and Property Management (up to Level 4, if competent to do so).
Conducting remote observations with learners, to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
