We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our specialist setting, where we support children aged 5-11 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Role and Responsibilities:

- Support Individual Learning: Work closely with students to implement tailored educational plans, helping them achieve their learning goals and develop essential skills.

- Promote Emotional Well-being: Provide emotional and behavioral support, creating a safe and encouraging environment for children to express themselves and overcome challenges.

- Collaborate with Educators: Partner with teachers and other professionals to develop and deliver effective strategies for managing classroom behavior and promoting engagement.

Essential Requirements:

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service(or willingness to apply for one)

- Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs is highly desirable

- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs
