Your new job as a SEN Teaching Assistant
This job will involve working in Year 3 classes, supporting a number of children with additional needs. This would involve 1:1 work with various SEN children within the class, including supporting them and other children in more group/class-based work.
What you'll need to succeed as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Previous SEN experience is essential, either from a care setting or previous school work
- Desire to make a difference
- Ability to communicate effectively
