We're a vibrant, fast-paced leading food manufacturer. Employing around 13,600 colleagues across 16 manufacturing units and 17 distribution depots across the UK. We supply all the UK's food retailers with everything from Sandwiches, soups and sushi to cooking sauces, pickles and ready meals, and in FY23, we generated revenues of £1.9bn.
Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.

Role Purpose:
To work closely within Greencore and the retailers Commercial and Supply teams proactively challenging the ways of working to help develop and drive positive change within the customer partnership
Key Accountabilities include:
- Act as the Supply Chain lead in cross functional / customer projects to ensure collaborative working resulting in successful new implementations and on-going performance improvements
- Continuously "makes things happen", using trends and insight to maximise sales value and profitability especially at an item / store level
- Day to day management and analysis of customer KPI's to maximise sales & availability whilst balancing waste & efficiency in the supply chain
- Establish, develop, and maintain close working long-term relationships with key customer contacts
- Be the Customer's system / process `Subject Matter Expert' for Greencore

- Supply chain experience is essential, in planning or analysis, customer engagement, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of the convenience food market and experience of working in a fast paced, growth industry/business, ideally FMCG.
