Role:Topographical Surveyor
Location: Leeds
Salary: 30,000 -35,000-Company vehicle

Join an experienced land surveying team, specializing in 3D topographical, volumetric, as-built, and PAS128 utility surveys. Collaborate with the team to deliver survey projects while staying at the forefront of surveying techniques and methods.
This role involves travel and on-site work, with short-term projects requiring overnight stays.

Your Role:
- Collecting, producing, and delivering on-site survey information in accordance with company procedures
- Ensuring setting out and quality assurance of works are completed timely and per contract requirements
- Implementing best practices for efficient engineering survey methods
- Committing to Health & Safety and Environmental Policies
- Adhering to client and project deadlines

Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 4 BTEC or equivalent in land surveying (or higher)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
- Clean driving license
- Clear DBS check
- 3 years of experience as a topographical surveyor working on-site
- Understanding of traditional topographical methods and techniques
- Familiarity with construction engineering drawings, programs, and relevant QA procedures.

Desirable:
- Experience with SCC and LSS
- Experience in reality capture, mobile mapping, laser scanning, and post-processing of GNSS data is an advantage
- Professional safety qualifications
