Our client, a leading legal organisation, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team.

As the face of the firm, you will play a vital role in coordinating the front of house reception and ensuring a warm and professional welcome to all clients and visitors.

Job Title: Receptionist

Salary: 25,000 per annum

Location: Leeds City Centre

Responsibilities:

* Professionally and promptly meet and greet all clients, visitors, and internal guests

* Keep the front desk, meeting rooms, and client lounge area neat and tidy

* Coordinate the electronic meeting room booking system

* Liaise with PA's and Legal Advisers to understand meeting requirements

* Set up, prepare, and clear meeting rooms and boardrooms

* Answer phone calls and transfer calls and queries

* Monitor and maintain the client suite

* Process invoices and respond to internal personnel changes

* Arrange conference calls, video conferences, and taxi bookings

* Manage stocks and catering supplies

* Provide support for postal, reprographics, and other duties

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Strong time management and coordination abilities

* Proficiency in MS Office

* Positive and professional demeanour
