This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a company who pride themselves on innovation with the fintech space.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The role:

  • Managing shared inboxes ensuring customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Answering inbound calls. 
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal company policies.
  • Assisting senior management with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Liaising with internal departments, including the technology team, to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Processing and managing documentation in line with legislative guidelines.

The candidate:

  • We welcome applications from graduates and entry level candidates as previous experience isn’t essential.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is integral.
  • The ability to problem-solve.
  • Strong customer service skills .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as most queries are handled via email
  • A professional and client-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be happy to work from the office, hybrid working may be offered once promotion has been passed.
