THE OPPORTUNITY:Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator working for a business based in Leicestershire. The role will be to maintain, support and report on the company's contracts, ensuring business partners receive accurate payments and royalty reporting. Problem solving, investigating and responding to queries in a timely manner. Record accurate data and uphold contractual obligations, clearly and concisely communicating with stakeholders.This is a Maternity Cover for 12 months, which offers a heavy hybrid model with full time hours. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and support monthly payment runs for contract advances.Maintain contract records, including renewals and translations on trackers and companies software (including SAP and FPS). Daily management of shared contracts inboxes. Ad hoc requirements supporting the business administration relating to contractsCommunicate clearly to all stakeholders the current schedules and status ahead of release, anticipating and highlighting any issues. Carry out regular Quality Control and complete checks for the SOPs on SAP. Work with the content team to ensure the metadata is fully updated to meet internal targets.Add publishing schedules to SAPWork alongside team members, assisting with timely reports and investigating discrepancies.Support with internal projects as assigned by manager, coordinating with wider team to obtain data requirements.EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Highly structured and organized.Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Able to work independently managing own workload. Strong Communication skills working across teams/clients. Comprehension of literacy to understand contract/legal wording (training provided).Basic Advanced Excel knowledge. Good basic numeracy and financial acumen. Excellent command of the English language in verbal and written form is essential.
