I am looking for experienced school administrators to be available for short and long term contracts. You must have experience within a school, and have worked in this environment.
I am looking for people who can work at short notice, work on short term contracts covering in school when there is staff shortages, due to either planned or unplanned sickness.

You will be responsible for all the day to day administration in the school office, dealing with the following.
Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring that school systems run efficiently.
Provide support to staff, students, and parents, offering excellent customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.
Manage school records, including attendance, student files, and documentation.
Coordinate school events, meetings, and communications.
Assist in financial management tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and managing school resources.
Maintain and update school policies and procedures.
Support the Principal and senior leadership team with day-to-day management and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and health & safety standards.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a school administrator or in a similar administrative role within an educational setting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of school policies, procedures, and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for contributing to the educational success of students.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
Experience working with student information systems (SIS) or other school management software.
A qualification in school administration or a related field.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
