This role involves a variety of administrative tasks including updating permit information, managing job cards, and maintaining accurate records. Day-to-day of the role:- Update highways permit information accurately and efficiently.
- Use the internal database to create new job cards and update system data.
- Handle filing, archiving, and other office administrative duties.
- Ensure all data input is precise and accurate.
- Assist in various administrative tasks to support the team's operations.
- Good computer literacy, comfortable using database systems and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
- High level of work commitment and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in inputting data.
- Strong planning and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.
