About Our Client

The Opportunity

As Head of Sales, you'll work directly with the Managing Director to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. This is a key leadership role offering significant influence over the agency's direction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed growth objectives
  • Set and monitor sales goals for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities within the local property market

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing residential sales team
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to drive team performance
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales department

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and property developers
  • Oversee the development of vendor and buyer retention strategies
  • Address and resolve high-level client concerns with innovative solutions

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyse sales metrics (KPIs) using advanced analytics tools
  • Prepare strategic reports for the Managing Director
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Collaboration Across Departments:

  • Work closely with the Lettings department to maximize cross-sale opportunities
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting and fee structures
  • Coordinate with Marketing to develop effective property marketing campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior sales management within residential estate agency
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing top performers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Jupix experience preferred)
  • Advanced analytical skills for interpreting market data and trends
