About the Role:We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a fast-paced and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a role that focuses on turning quotations into confirmed sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will be part of a dynamic team where your efforts will directly impact business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by following up on quotations and securing orders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Manage and track sales activities using a CRM system
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of products and services to potential clients, emphasising quality, cost, and delivery
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Promptly and professionally address any client concerns or issues
  • Support the sales team in creating strategies to increase revenue and improve sales processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales, customer service, or account management role
  • Familiarity with using a CRM system to manage leads and sales pipelines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
