Calling all ER Advisors

I am working with one of my favourite clients, they are looking for an ER Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role (3 days a week in the office)

The role:

  • Provide support, management and guidance to leaders on all aspects of ER; performance management, absence, capability, grievance and disciplinary. Having a good handle on wellbeing tools and processes.
  • Escalating complex and high risk cases to Senior ER Advisers
  • Embed a high performance culture within the cases and conversations you have with leaders.
  • Work with ER Senior Advisers and In House Legal Counsel with restructures and exits up to Management level (settlement agreements inc. shares).
  • Use effective coaching and questions to identify opportunities to improve leader learning and resolve issues before they become a concern.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to leaders and provide general guidance and support.
  • Carry out reporting requests on HR metrics including board level reporting.

They are looking for someone who has worked with a high ER caseload and can support on all levels of grievances and disciplinaries.
