Our client is seeking a highly organised and dependable Executive Assistant to support leadership teams and ensure smooth business operations. This is a key role with a focus on diary management, logistics, and administrative tasks to free up time for the team to focus on core activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Schedule appointments, team meetings, and coordinate executive time.
- Logistics: Organise meetings, travel, and events; prepare agendas and action plans.
- Email Management: Handle customer and partner communications for the CEO and Director.
- Document Management: Assist with migration to OneDrive and organise documents.
- Presentations: Prepare PowerPoint slides for customer meetings.
- Finance Support: Help with invoicing, chase overdue payments, and handle queries.
- CRM Management: Update Salesforce with current contact information.
- Personal Assistance: Provide occasional support with personal arrangements.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role is required.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Salesforce and Stripe knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to build relationships and work independently or as part of a team.
- Discreet and able to handle sensitive information.
- Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
Package :
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
- 5% pension contribution
- Remote working – meetings with the CEO(s) once a week in Leicester.
