Interim FP&A Analyst (6-Month role, £300-400pd umbrella rate- inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Analyst to join a fast-paced and dynamic business for a 6-month interim assignment (with potential for extension) which offers an exciting opportunity to support an experienced Commercial Finance Director in driving business performance through insightful financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced budgeting models to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with non-finance stakeholders to provide financial insights and improve decision-making.
  • Influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to drive business performance.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in creating and managing budgeting models.
  • Advanced Excel skills including integration of data and preparing reports
  • Experience of working proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong fp & a and business partnering skills with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent influencing skills with a track record of working effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Available to start at short notice.
  • NB: Role requires 2-3 days per week in the office
