The Role:As an Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will manage a team of three, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payment runs. You'll play a key role in improving processes, supporting month-end tasks, and overseeing supplier relationships while developing your leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 3, ensuring high-quality work.
• Manage supplier payments and oversee the timely processing of invoices.
• Support process improvements, month-end reconciliations, and payment runs.
• Collaborate with UK and outsourced teams to meet key performance indicators.
• Train, mentor, and develop the team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

About You:

• Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA, looking for leadership opportunities.
• Ambitious, personable, and driven to develop leadership skills.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
