Macildowie are delighted to have the opportunity to collaborate with a great Public Sector organisation based in Leicester who are seeking an immediately available HR assistant to join the organisation on an interim contract.

The role is for an ASAP start until the end of July, and is paying around £14- £15 per hour with hybrid working available.

They are looking for an HR Assistant to support the HR Advisors and HRBPs ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes within day to day operations, including change programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support for restructuring and redundancy programmes.
  • Preparing and personalising employee letters and documentation.
  • Managing HR spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensuring HR templates and documents are up to date and fit for purpose.
  • Support the HRBPs and the wider change team to support project delivery.

Key Experience:

  • Proven experience working in a HR Administrative capacity
  • Strong focus on accuracy, particularly with data and calculations.
  • Able to work efficiently and manage multiple duties at one time
  • Confident utilising Excel and other Microsoft platforms.
  • Comfortable working closely with HR colleagues.
