We are recruiting a motivated and driven Internal Sales candidate to join a well-established company based in the Hinckley area. This role is crucial in ensuring to the future growth of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for relationship management, taking incoming enquiries, raising quotations and converting to orders.
Key Responsibilities of the Internal Sales role:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to support key accounts and close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and track sales performance.
Requirements of the ideal Internal Sales candidate:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
