What will your role look like?

As a Mobility Technician & Stairlift Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing maintenance and repairs on mobility equipment both at customers' homes and in the workshop
  • Installing and removing straight and curved stairlifts with precision and care
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Following safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Keeping accurate records of all work performed and parts used
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from our clients
  • Making deliveries and collections around Leicestershire
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workshop and parts store
