Telesales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products or services over the phone.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to individuals or businesses
- Present and explain products or services to potential customers
- Follow scripts to ensure consistency during phone calls
- Obtain customer information and update the database with call outcomes
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively
- Meet daily call quotas

Qualifications
- Proficient in English and Spanish languages
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
