About the Role: We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established business who are looking for an HR Operations Lead to cover maternity leave until December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team within a respected business in Leicester. The role offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the HR Operations team, ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of HR processes. Act as the go-to expert on Workday and iTrent, handling escalations and driving system improvements. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to manage organisational changes and ensure compliance with employment laws. Mentor HR & Payroll Team Leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

About you?Proven supervisory experience, with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams. In-depth knowledge of Workday and other HR systems, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Solid HR background, including experience with TUPE transfers, payroll processes, and employee benefits.
