We are currently partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Leicestershire, who are seeking a HR Business Partner (Projects) to join their growing team on a fixed-term basis for 9 months.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £50,000 per annum, allowing up to 4 days working from home per week dependant on business needs.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals, fostering growth and transformation within the organisation
- Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions, assessing the impact of organisational changes and supporting employees through the process
- Designing and implementing talent development programmes aimed at building leadership capabilities and enhancing employee skills across the organisation
- Developing and managing performance management frameworks to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and support a high-performance culture
- Supporting succession planning efforts by identifying key talent and creating development opportunities to ensure the growth of future leaders
- Collaborating with senior leadership to identify talent gaps, propose solutions, and create strategies for workforce development and retention
- Monitoring the effectiveness of HR programmes through data-driven insights, adjusting initiatives to meet evolving business needs
- Providing coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on best practices in talent management, employee engagement, and performance improvement
Expertise required:
- Ideally CIPD L7 qualified, minimum of L5
- Strategic HR experience aligned with business objectives
- Expertise in change management and organisational transformation
- Proven ability in talent development and leadership programmes
