Personal Injury Solicitor is required by this top 100 UK law firm to deal with EL/PL work from its office based in Leicester.Role OverviewIn joining this firm as a personal injury solicitor, you will become part of an established national practice recognised as a market leader in defendant injury work.On offer is the chance to join a team offering a predominantly litigated caseload of OL, EL/PL, Hosing Disrepair and Highways cases where either liability or quantum will be disputed. Candidate ProfileThe firm is seeking a someone who can demonstrate:

• Prior experience working on litigated injury work. Newly qualified or soon to qualify candidates will be considered.
• Whilst this is a defendant role those with only claimant experience will be considered as training and supervision is in place.
• Able to work in a case management led environment .
• Able to work as part of a team.
