  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing expert HR advice and support on a range of matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organisational development.
  • Conduct HR audits and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and delivering tailored solutions as an HR Business Partner.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Advise on employee engagement, retention strategies, and talent management initiatives, supporting businesses in creating a strong people strategy.
  • Design and deliver training programmes on various HR-related topics, helping businesses enhance their HR capabilities.
  • Stay up to date with employment law and industry trends, ensuring clients remain compliant and competitive.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing actionable HR strategies as a proactive HR Business Partner.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 (minimum).
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver practical, effective HR solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
  • Full UK driving licence – travel to multiple sites is required.
