Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Macildowie are thrilled to be working with a growing business looking to add a Social Media Manager to the team on a temporary basis to assist with upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media channels, including posts, graphics, and videos, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across platforms, monitor engagement, and respond to audience interactions to foster community growth.
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote key initiatives, products, or events.
• Performance Tracking: Analyse social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize content and strategy.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure social media aligns with overall campaigns and objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Social Media Experience: Proven experience managing social media platforms in a professional setting, including scheduling tools and analytics.
• Creative Thinker: Ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of different platform tones.
• Organized and Agile: Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive and Independent: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of their work.
