Business Development Manager - a Tier 1 building contractor is recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their growing East Midlands division. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join an award-winning contractor with a track record delivering projects across education, healthcare, MoJ and MoD frameworks.

Requirements:

Our client is searching for a Business Development Manager with a great understanding of market opportunities, procurement routes and the East Midlands region.

As a Business Development Manager, you will support the business in their growth plan alongside supporting the bid team and working closely with the Regional Director to develop key accounts and build relationships with new clients.

Key Duties:
- Framework relationships: maintain healthy relationships for the regional frameworks.
- Market analysis: carry out market research to identify trends, opportunities.
- Develop new and existing accounts with key clients
- Increase new business sales in line with targets
- B2B sales, Influencing, presentation and business promotion
- Customer reviews: you will manage and conduct formal customer feedback
- Working with the senior management team
