A supportive primary school in Castle Donington is looking for an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in January 2025. Youll be based in a year 5 class on a full time bases. This is a temp to perm contract.

About the Role:You'll be working 1:1 with a pupil with additional needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive in the classroom. This role is perfect for someone who is empathetic, patient, and committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 support tailored to the child's specific needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENDCOs, and therapists to implement and adapt support strategies.
