Customer Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Leicester, LE3
Salary: 17.00-20.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for customer queries, building strong relationships.
  • Manage customer demand and forecasts, ensuring orders are processed and delivered to timescales requested.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and manage export documentation.
  • Optimise transport costs and monitor customer inventory.


About You

  • Experience in Sales Administration or similar roles.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
