Role ResponsibilitiesAs an Audit Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the firm’s audit function, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance
- Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong, long-lasting relationships
- Reviewing and signing off audit reports as a Responsible Individual (RI)
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the audit practice and expand the client base
- Overseeing and mentoring the audit team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Working alongside other Partners to shape the firm’s strategic direction and contribute to business growth
- Keeping up to date with regulatory changes, ensuring the firm remains compliant and competitive

Candidate Requirements- Hold RI status and have extensive experience in a senior audit role within UK practice
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified with a proven track record in portfolio management
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of audit regulations and best practices
- Possess exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Be commercially minded with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Be strategic and proactive in driving business development and innovation
- £120,000 - £180,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent role
